Prior to joining RaGE in 2021, Rob worked at Global Communications Devices from 2000-2003 and CAES (formerly M/A-Com) from 2003-2021. He also served in the U.S. Navy and has a BS/MSEE, summa cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University.
As Director of IC Design, Rob drives IC design for internal programs and products, as well as external customers, from baseband and digital to mmWave. He has much experience developing system-on-chip (SoC) silicon IC’s for WLAN/802 and has led IC development across multiple DARPA programs.
When not in the office, Rob is an avid bike rider.
